Delivery Times & Costs We stock a great many lines, which means we usually have most chairs available for immediate FREE UK Mainland Delivery. Next day delivery is offered to most areas as standard,
and a 3 day service to more remote locations. Offshore locations are available at a charge of £39. We do occasionally sell out of popular lines so please check each individual product
page for current lead times.
Delivery Services Our standard delivery is the next weekday (3-5 days to north Scotland and offshore areas) this applies to all orders placed before 3:00pm, but excludes weekends.
The delivery is by a national carrier and is handled by a single driver.
It is only to the doorstep of your address, and it will be up to you to
ensure that you can manage the installation yourself.
We recommend someone else be on hand to assist with the delivery, if you select this option,
as the goods will need unpacking and in some cases assembling.
Please ensure you provide a working phone number when you order. We will not dispatch goods unless we can confirm the delivery details.
Same Day Carrier Delivery
As part of our unrivaled customer service package, we are pleased to announce that we can now offer Same Day Delivery on many of our stock lines.
This applies to any orders placed before 3:00pm on any day Monday-Saturday, and in most cases goods will leave our warehouse within an hour of an order being placed.

Delivery Notes:

We use a one man delivery service to the door of the building only, please ensure someone is on hand to assist the driver.
Occasionally on bigger chairs, the box may not fit through a standard doorway so additional assistance is recommended. Our carriers will also require a signature on delivery.

Whilst we update the site daily, sometimes the delivery times can be extended beyound our control. All delivery dates and times quoted are approximate due to the nature in which goods arrive. Whilst every practical effort will be made to accommodate customer’s requirements no guarantee of time can be given.
Where a delivery date has been agreed with our carriers but the customer isn’t present to receive the delivery we reserve the right to charge the customer a minimum of £25 to cover part of the cost of the failed delivery. No claims will be accepted for inconvenience, loss etc caused by unexpected or unavoidable delays in delivery.
